Goosewell Cross Country

After several weeks of terrible weather and cancellations, Friday saw the third in the series of Plymstock Road Runners cross country races. The team performed brilliantly in the cold, wet weather with many bringing back personal best scores. Special mention this week goes to Poppy who was our only Year 6 girl runner. It takes real grit and determination to take part in a competitive race on your own, and Poppy showed this in droves on Friday. Real Pomphlett spirit. Well done.
