COMPLIMENTS

We are frequently complimented by parents and visitors on our happy, friendly, family atmosphere and the excellent work done by both staff and children. We like to take an active part in the local community and are congratulated regularly on our self-confident, polite and well behaved young people.  COMPLAINTS

We like to think that we do our best for all the children in our care but the learning process is a partnership between parent, child and school and we are always interested in hearing your comments. Any problems that arise are often misunderstandings that are usually very easily resolved. To deal with complaints, we have a straightforward procedure which is detailed in the document below.
