Dear Parents/ Carers and families

 

As your school Parent Support Advisor my role is to support our families, find information for you and generally be a listening ear. Due to our difficult situation, isolation and home schooling etc at the moment I will be regularly adding links onto this page. These will be for guidance and support and also some fun pages for the children to keep you all sane! Please see below this week's list so far. www.freeprintablebehaviourcharts.com I find this a really good site to encourage tasks for children, behaviour support, challenge tokens etc.

www.dltk-kids.com This is my favourite site for art, games, worksheets and activities.

bbcgoodfood.com Has really good budget recipes and easy baking for children.

freehomeschooldeals.com has a 30 day lego challenge which looks fun!

Referrals for Happy Futures Happy Families for parental conflict are still being taken

The evidence based programmes are being offered digitally

Signatures are not required, just verbal consent with overview of participation shared with the family. Please put Covid-19 in the signature section.

 

Happy Families, Happy Futures offers free evidence based programmes to support parents, carers and those with a parenting role to improve communication, and build on their strengths whether together, separated, step parents, foster parents, adoptive parents.

 

There is an online referral process (can also be self-referrals).

These interventions are not for Domestic Abuse
