School Hours and Daily Routines
SCHOOL HOURS
Morning Session: | 9:00 am – 12:00 pm (KS1) |
9:00 am – 12:15 pm (KS2) | |
Afternoon Session: | 1:00 pm - 3:15 pm (KS1) 1.15pm - 3.15pm (KS2) |
DAILY ROUTINES
- Children should make their way to their classrooms from 8.45am and be in class by 9.00am
- KS2 children should enter the lower building through the lower building Bedford Road entrance
- KS1 children should enter the building through the pirate ship school entrance
- FS children should enter the building through the entrances attached to the FS unit by the school field
- Children will be released by staff to go home at 3:15pm. Foundation, Year 1 and Year 2 children will only be released directly to a parent or a designated adult.
TEACHING TIME
- All children attend school for 5 hours and 15 minutes each day
- All children have one 15 minute break in the morning and an hour for lunch
