  • Year 3/4 PSSP Multi Skills Festival

    Tue 02 Nov 2021

Today we finally restarted our inter school sporting events after a very long Covid break. Our very excited team of Year 3 and 4 pupils took part in the PSSP festival at Coombe Dean School. The morning saw them participate in ten events, which challenged their balance, coordination and speed. They had a fantastic time being coached by the secondary sports leaders, who really inspired them to be the best that they could be. Many thanks to the Plymouth School Sports Partnership for working in a Covid safe way, while still providing high quality events for our pupils.

There were two groups with five teams in each group and whoever came first in the group went through to the final. in our group we had Bickleigh Down, Hooe, Lipson Vale and Woodford. Our first game was against Lipson Vale and we won 5-0. We felt excited to carry on. All of our next 3 games ended in losses but we only lost by one goal.
